Yarmouth runs the full width of the Cape, from Cape Cod Bay in the north to Nantucket Sound in the south, across one of the narrowest parts of the peninsula. You can drive it in about ten minutes, and in those ten minutes the ground, the housing and the weather exposure all change.
That makes it one of the more interesting towns to work in, and one where a quote given over the phone is least likely to be right.

The Bass River side
Bass River forms the eastern boundary with Dennis, and the properties along it are lower lying than most of the town. Anywhere near tidal water, the question we ask first is where the water currently goes, because a driveway that drains toward the house or toward a low corner will keep failing in the same place no matter how much shell goes on it.
Getting that right is usually a matter of pitch and a little regrading, not a rebuild. It is the cheapest fix on this whole site and the one most often skipped.

Yarmouth runs bay to sound across one of the narrowest parts of the Cape, so the ground can change noticeably between the top of town and the bottom of it. Yarmouth Port sits on very different material from South Yarmouth.
