1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Cape Cod Crushed Driveways ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational Purpose Only

The content of the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a quotation, a contract, or a commitment to perform work, and no contract is formed between you and us by reason of your use of the Site or your submission of an enquiry through it.

3. Estimates

Submitting an estimate request through the Site does not schedule work or establish a price. Pricing is provided only following an inspection of the property and is set out in a written estimate. Where the content of the Site differs from the terms of a written estimate, the written estimate governs.

4. Calculators and Informational Tools

The Site provides a material calculator that performs arithmetic on figures entered by you. Its output is an estimate of quantity based solely on those figures. It does not account for the condition of the existing surface or base, the amount of excavation required, variations in grade, compaction, or any other site condition, each of which may materially affect the quantity of material required.

You should not order materials or undertake work in reliance on the output of the calculator without a site inspection. We accept no responsibility for materials ordered, costs incurred, or work undertaken in reliance upon it.

5. Specifications and Reference Content

Build specifications, material descriptions, glossary definitions and related reference content published on the Site describe our general practice and the behavior of these materials in this region. They are provided for information only, do not constitute professional advice, and are not instructions for performing work. Site conditions vary from property to property.

6. Photographs

Photographs on the Site depict completed work on particular properties at a particular time. They are illustrative and do not constitute a representation that any future work will be identical in appearance. Loose surface materials, and crushed shell in particular, change in color and texture with weathering and use.

7. Permitted Use

You may access and view the Site, and reproduce its content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You agree not to:

• Submit information relating to another person without that person's authorization
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Use automated means to access, copy or submit content to the Site
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems

8. Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, graphics, layout and other content on the Site are owned by Cape Cod Crushed Driveways or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in Section 7, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing in these Terms affects the terms governing work we perform, which are set out in the written estimate for that work.

11. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to or reference websites operated by third parties, including suppliers and public information sources. Those websites are not under our control. We provide such references for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our personnel from any claim, liability, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We provide services in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Where we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page, and the revised Terms take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
